Pertussis Report

These reports include information on the descriptive epidemiology of pertussis cases reported in New Zealand. Fortnightly reports are available from weeks 40-41 (26 Sep-9 Oct) 2009 to weeks 43-44 (16-29 Oct) 2010. Reports in 2011 are available for week 35 (up to 2 Sep 2011) and starting from weeks 46-47 (12-25 Nov 2011).

Pertussis is a notifiable disease in New Zealand and these reports use data available from EpiSurv, the national notifiable disease database.

Make sure you are alerted by email when selected new reports become available. Alerts are not available for the Weekly Influenza Update report, please check the website every Thursday for an update. More
