Human Salmonella isolates, 2020 No.01, January
The number of isolates (n=136) confirmed this month showed a decrease in comparison to the number of isolates confirmed in January 2019 (n=179). Salmonella Typhimurium ST19 (25% in January 2020) were the most common serotypes confirmed this month.
