Non-Human Salmonella Isolates, 2008 Apr-Jun

Summary
The
number of non-human Salmonella
serotypes has increased from 213 in the second quarter of 2007 to 319 in the
second quarter of 2008.This is a 50%
increase in the number of isolates.The
most predominant isolate was S.Typhimurium
phage type 101.
