Non-Human Salmonella Isolates, 2012 No. 12, December
The Enteric Reference Laboratory confirmed 57 non-human Salmonella isolates in November 2012.There was an increase in Salmonella Typhimurium phage type 1 isolates (6 bovine isolates in December 2011, 2 bovine and 8 kiwi isolates in December 2012) and S. Livingstone (0 in 2011, 13 poultry isolates in 2012).
