Summary
The Enteric Reference Laboratory confirmed 38 non-human Salmonella isolates in November 2013 compared with 57 in November 2012.
There was a decrease in the number of bovine (13 in 2012 versus 8 in 2013), poultry (17 in 2012 versus 5 in 2013) and S. Livingstone (13 in 2012 versus 0 in 2013) isolates confirmed this month.
