Summary
There has been a considerable reduction in numbers of Salmonellae confirmed this quarter, 210, compared with 306 for the same time period in 2002. S. Weltvreden was isolated from imported prawns. S.Falkensee from imported sauce. S.Brandenburg, S. Saintpaul, S. Typhimurium phage types 42 and RDNC were isolated from fresh casings. Note: Click on the document links below to open.
