Non-Human Salmonella Isolates, 2017 No. 8. August
The Enteric Reference Laboratory confirmed 249 non-human Salmonella isolates in August 2017 compared with 181 August 2016.
There was an increase in the number of Bovine isolates (116 in Aug 2016 versus 201 in Aug 2017) especially in the number of S. Bovismorbificans isolates (36 in Aug 2016 versus 81 in Aug 2017) and S. Brandenburg isolates (21 in Aug 2016 versus 37 in Aug 2017).
