Non-Human Salmonella Isolates, 2019 No. 10, October
The Enteric Reference Laboratory confirmed 102 non-human Salmonella isolates in October 2019 compared with 55 October 2018.
There was an increase in the number of Bovine isolates (52 in 2018 versus 85 in 2019)
Some S. Typhimurium were not phage typed as this test was phased out.
